Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped rhubarb
2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup sugar, less if you want less sweet
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
Crumble
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter
ice cream
pecans, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch (20cm) baking dish.
In the same bowl, mix the flour and rolled oats. Grate in the butter, mix everything until the mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender. Serve with ice cream and chopped pecans.
