Quick Breakfast Smoothie

Busy mornings call for a quick fix! Whip up this quick breakfast smoothie for a deliciously nutritious start to your day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of spinach

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 of mango (or use 1/2 cup of frozen mango)

  • 1 cup of coconut water, more if desired

  • 1 scoop of collagen

Instructions:

Add the spinach, banana, collagen, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, and coconut water to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
