COMMUNITY IMPACT
Boise Co-op has made giving back a priority since we were founded in 1973. Over the last few years we have refined the way we invest in programs and organizations, focusing on long term strategies that will shape the future of our community.
The Boise Co-op Local Partner Fund is a grant that helps create a healthier community by supporting local vendors through customer Round Up donations once a year. If you're a local vendor in need of educational funding, farm equipment, or any other business expenditures, we may be able to help!
We support local nonprofits and organizations that help create a healthier community. We focus our outreach in three key areas: local food system development, food nutrition & education, environmental sustainability, and community building & inclusion.
The Boise Co-op Round Up program allows customers to give back to the community by rounding up their purchases to the nearest dollar. Each month, we feature a different community organization as the recipient. We match donations 100%, up to $2,500.
For every pound of Boise Co-op Co-llective Coffee we sell, one dollar is donated to the Ridge to Rivers Trail System. This partnership is in collaboration with Iron Mule, a local coffee vendor and roaster for Co-llective Coffee.
