Polyfaces: A World of Many Choices

“As the problems of the world become more and more complex, the solutions become clear and simple.” 

We've partnered with the Idaho Center for Sustainable Agriculture to bring the documentary Polyfaces: A World of Many Choices to the Egyptian Theater on Friday, February 5th at 7:30 pm!

This joyful film is about connecting our food to the land and the community. Polyfaces spends four years documenting the Salatin's, a 4th generation farming family who do ‘everything different from everyone else’ as they produce food in a way that works with nature, not against it. Using the symbiotic relationships of animals and their natural functions, they produce high quality, nutrient-dense products. By looking to the wisdom of the past, the Salatin's demonstrate the immense possibilities of the future in organic and sustainable agriculture.

Proceeds and donations from the event will go to the ICSA's ongoing mission to support regenerative and holistic agriculture research and education throughout Idaho and the Northwest.
