March Cheese of The Month: Oscar Wilde Irish Cheddar!

We're starting an exciting new program here at your Co-op: Cheese of the Month! Every month, we'll be featuring an exciting new cheese. This cheese will be 20% off for the whole month! Starting us off in March is this delicious Oscar Wilde Irish Cheddar.

This aged cheddar has a creamy taste with a firm yet smooth body. Each wheel is carefully selected and hand graded, for an absolutely irresistible quality.

 It pairs well with fig spreads and marcona almonds. If you're a wine lover, try it with some Z Alexander Brown "Uncaged" Cabernet Sauvignon. More of a beer person? Our Big Sky Brewing Slow Elk Oatmeal Stout compliments the creamy taste of this incredible cheese!
