Bacon-Wrapped Thomas Cattle Filet Mignon

The Ultimate Dinner: Bacon-Wrapped Thomas Cattle Filet Mignon, where premium beef meets smoky perfection.

Ingredients:

Filet Mignon in Air Fryer

  • 4 Thomas Cattle filet mignon, let rest at room temperature for 20-30 min

  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning

  • 4 slices beef bacon or pork

  • avocado spray

  • butter

  • thyme or chives

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 450° F.

Season steak with steak seasoning on all sides. Wrap bacon around and secure with a toothpick.

Cook the steaks in the air fryer for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for 4 more minutes until they reach 135°F for medium-rare. Add a slice of butter over the top and let rest on a plate for a few minutes.

Garnish with thyme or chives and black pepper before serving. Enjoy!
