Green Protein Smoothie

Fuel your day with our Green Protein Smoothie! Made with Boise Co-op’s Vanilla Protein, fresh spinach, banana, and pineapple, it’s a delicious way to stay strong and energized.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach or kale or both

  • 1 cup frozen tropical fruit blend, or frozen banana & pineapple

  • 1 cup milk of your choice

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 scoop of Boise Co-op Vanilla Protein Powder

  • For sweetness, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, honey, or 2 pitted dates if needed.

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
