Learn the ancient art of turning honey into wine! Mead-making is fun, easy, and a little messy! We’ll sample several flavors of mead while preparing your first batch.
By the end of the workshop, you will have the equipment, instructions, and knowledge to finish your first gallon. More mead can be made with ingredients from the Boise Co-op and the equipment you take home from the class.
This early-spring brew will be ready to share by Halloween and can be enjoyed throughout the holiday season.
