Coffee Brewing 101
So you want to learn about coffee? We’re here to help with this four-part coffee brewing and tasting class! Coffee is a rewarding hobby, and learning how to make excellent coffee is a skill you can use every day for the rest of your life. Join the Boise Co-op crew and Austin Demeter, co-founder of Epiphany Coffee, as we taste a variety of custom coffees and treats.

Part 1: Basic Brewing
Part one of our class includes a lesson on how to brew the perfect cup of coffee. This tasting will include Epiphany Coffee’s Electrify, Vibrant Series, and Flicker Decaf. These will be paired with almond croissants, chocolate-covered strawberries and biscotti's from the Boise Co-op bakery.
Part 2: Espresso (and coffee social)
Part two of our class includes a lesson on how to pull an exquisite shot of espresso. This tasting will include Epiphany Coffee’s Electrify blend, almond croissants, chocolate-covered strawberries, and biscotti's from the Boise Co-op bakery.
Part 3: Coffee Service
Part three of our class is coffee service! Austin Demeter will make a custom drink for each member in attendance and will feature an open bar of bakery treats and chocolate-covered strawberries!
