Tour de Fat Comes to Boise
Tour de Fat is New Belgium Brewing's annual celebration of the bicycle, honoring "humankind's greatest invention". How great, you ask? If cars were as energy efficient as bikes are, you could drive 1,600 miles on just a gallon of gas!
Though it started in Fort Collins, Colorado, Tour de Fat is coming to 10 different cities this year, including Boise! You'll find it in Ann Morrison park on Saturday, August 15th. You can check out the schedule below for a full run-down of the day's events.
We're celebrating Tour de Fat by giving away a free New Belgium bike! All you have to do to enter is come into the store and put your name and owner number on an entry card (no purchase necessary). What a great way to bike Tour de Fat in official New Belgium style!
