The Vitamin D Test is a sample kit for at-home use. The test is used to determine the concentration of Vitamin D in your blood and to monitor your 25-OH Vitamin D levels. It includes a free return envelope as well as a sample analysis and results report from their diagnostics laboratory. With the cerascreen Vitamin D Test, you can easily find out if your body is lacking the sunshine vitamin.
Vitamin D Test Instructions
Test Activation:
If you are a new customer, please create an account at my.cerascreen.com or with the my cerascreen app.
After logging in, activate your test by clicking on “activate test” and inserting the six-digit ID number from your activation ID card. Then follow the instructions.
Collecting Sample:
*Full Vitamin D test instructions are included in the test kit.
Vitamin D Test Results:
You'll receive an email once the sample arrives at the cerascreen lab. After that, on average, it takes a few business days for your result to be available online.
Typically, you should get your results within 1 week of sending the sample, but the timeframe can vary depending on what day you put the sample in the mail.
