Ancient Nutrition Turmeric Bone Broth Soup

Bone broth is one of the best ways to get collagen! It supports ligaments, tendons, skin, hair, gut lining, nails, the amino acid glycine, and the joint-improving nutrients glucosamine and chondroitin. Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural compounds found in cartilage. This is why bone broth is so important to consume regularly. When mixed with turmeric, it also aids in decreasing inflammatory response in the body.
