In this workshop, we'll focus on digestive wellness and the importance of a balanced microbiome. You will learn how to ferment your own food, learn about beneficial bacteria, and ways to cultivate them and support your robust health.

In addition, you’ll learn how to:

  • Optimize digestion and metabolism

  • Preserve your food in the most energy-efficient way

  • Add new flavors to your meals

  • Improve your gut health and overall well being

During the workshop, you will jar your own sauerkraut and pair it with a delicious avocado salad!
