Pumpkin Cheese Ball
Ingredients
2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup colby cheese, shredded
1 jalapeno pepper, diced (reserve the top for the stem)
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Wrap the cheese ball mixture using a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a ball.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Place cheddar cheese into a large bowl. Remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and roll onto cheddar cheese until it is completely covered.
Wrap the cheese ball using a piece of plastic wrap to mold the cheddar cheese.
Place on serving tray and top with leftover jalapeno stem.
Serve with charcuterie favorites like salami, prosciutto, grapes, and crackers!
