Domain Aubry Brut 1er cru : regular $45 /  sale $34.95*

Always a sellout this is the wine for everybody. Great creamy mouthfeel and a clean finish from a true grower/producer. All estate fruit from 1er cru vineyards (92 points Wine Spectator)

 Jean Vesselle Reserve Brut : regular $44 / sale $34.95*

Made with a high percentage of Pinot Noir, this wine has a lot of weight and power plus a very bright finish. A good choice with richer seafood appetizers. Think crab cakes, smoked salmon or caviar            (92 points Stephen Tanzer)

 Zoemie De Sousa Brut Classique : regular $45 / sale $34.95*

A true geek Champagne made from all organic and biodynamic fruit. Third generation grower who now uses a horse drawn plow in the vineyard. Very small production and very low dosage make this one of the driest wines with bubbles around. Definitely a food wine ( no available reviews but we loved this wine at our Champagne tasting on 12/10/16)
