Gaston's Bakery Gets Even Fresher

We have some exciting news for everyone who loves freshly baked bread. Local Gaston's Bakery, run by Burgundy native Mathieu Choux, is now delivering his delicious baguettes twice a day to our North End Location! In addition to his morning delivery, he now delivers every day at 3:00 pm, just in time for all those heading home from work and school.

Methieu Choux moved to Boise in 2001 from  Burgundy and opened Le Cafe de Paris. His fresh baked croissants and breads were such a hit that local restaurants and markets began asking to purchase them. So in 2006, he opened Gaston's Bakery to make his fresh baked goods available all around the Treasure Valley! His baking philosophy can be summed up as "Less is more", which means that all of Gaston's Bakery products are free of additives, preservatives, artificial colors, and artificial flavors. The stone deck ovens they're baked in creates a true artisan taste that will keep you coming back.
