Million Meals in March Continues

On March 1st, we donated 3% of sales from our

North End grocery store to the Idaho Food Bank

This kickoff for the Idaho Food Bank's Million Meals in March campaign was a huge success. Because we had such a great response from our North End shoppers, we are donating $1,638.56 to the Idaho Food Bank! 

And now we are kicking things up a notch: 

Trader Joe's is challenging us to a spin-off on Saturday,

March 18th at UpCycle in downtown Boise.

We accepted their challenge, and can't wait to ride like crazy. We'll each have an equal number of riders--whichever team can ride the most miles in 45 minutes wins. The losing team donates $1 for every mile the winning team rides to the Idaho Food Bank. And we upped the ante to include Boise Co-op burritos and Trader Joe's cookie butter for the winning team, because we are all going to be hungry after the ride!
