BeehiveCheeseTrufflehive is a cheese modeled after a Holstein cow’s spots. Striking earth-brown truffles contrast the creamy Irish-style cheddar. This cheese has a savory nose with earthy truffle tones and a delicious mushroom finish. Trufflehive is based on our original Promontory cheese which is rubbed with Regalis Black Truffle Carpaccio, honey and truffle salt.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pair with prime rib French dip, black mission fig jelly or Creminelli Uncured Italian Tartufo Salami. Enjoy Trufflehive with a dry Riesling, Trappist ale or hoppy cider.
