Rollingstone Chevre (Local!)

For nearly two decades, our passion has been the production of the some the highest quality goat cheeses available anywhere. Over that time we’ve watched domestic cheese production increase in both quantity and quality and are excited about the prospects for the future of the industry.  Nevertheless, too few producers are able to avoid the loss in quality that comes from growth and the use of purchased milk, something that we never use here.  As a farmstead operation, we use only the milk form our own herd of Saanen goats.  Fresh milk is pumped from one room to the next, never trucked from location to location.  Everything that goes into the making of our cheeses happens here and only here, a difference that is manifest in each of our cheeses. Whether you're a current or prospective customer, please take some time to learn more about our operation and our cheeses. Wild Country (Local!)

Our cheeses are made from all natural Raw Unpasteurized Goat Milk. We raise our registered NUBIAN dairy goats on the farm. The goats are raised and fed a natural diet without hormones or medicated feed. We love our goats and raise them humanely! 

Their sweet creamy milk is turned into cheese on the farm. We are on an Idaho "small herd permit". This is enabling people to have the choice of purchasing and eating an artisian cheese product previously only available in France and other European cheese producing countries! 

Ballard Family Dairy & Cheese (Local!)

At the Ballard Family Dairy & Cheese, in Gooding, Idaho, we proudly create our award winning  cheese :  Idaho White Cheddar ,Truffle salt Cheddar, Pepper Cheddar,and cheese curds (squeaky cheese) 7 flavors,  we also have Baby Swiss, Danish Pearl ( Gouda style) , Jersey Dream ( Feta style ), Idaho Golden greek grilling cheese ( halloumi style)  all in small, handmade batches to ensure the finest quality and richest taste. The milk we use is from our own small herd of Jersey cows. Be assured they are not treated with rbST and are given a great deal of individual care and attention, all resulting in a delicious cheese that you and your family will love!

Rogue Creamery

Inspired by a sense of place for 80 years, Rogue Creamery draws from the beauty and flavors of Southern Oregon’s Rogue River Valley to create eight handcrafted blue cheese recipes, cheddar cheese and TouVelle. Over the last half century, Rogue Creamery blue cheeses have received international acclaim. The certified sustainable whole milk we use to make these original blues comes from Rogue Creamery’s dairies along the banks of the rugged and scenic Rogue River.

Sartori Cheese

We’re proud that Sartori is a fourth-generation family owned and operated company in the great American tradition. But we’re prouder still of the family feeling that runs throughout the entire company every day. From our leadership and artisan cheese expertise, to our cheesemakers, to our network of patron farmers, we share a deep sense of connection to one another and the land. Even the cows are in on it.
