This is not your average Chicken Piccata! Though it does the classic justice with an orange and wheat beer glaze.
¼ cups All-purpose Flour
¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
2 Skinless And Boneless Chicken Breasts, Butterflied
1-½ teaspoon Butter
1-½ teaspoon Vegetable Oil
⅓ cups Orange Juice
⅓ cups Wheat Beer (I Used Hoegaarden)
1-½ teaspoon Orange Zest
2 Tablespoons Capers
2 Tablespoons Flat-leaf Parsley, Chopped
