Cooking Class: Veggies 3 Ways: Got Pumpkin? @The Village

Nothing says fall like pumpkin! But what's the best way to cook this iconic vegetable? Local chef Anna Gevorkyan will be sharing her three favorite pumpkin recipes, including a vegan salad, vegetarian stuffed pumpkin, and pumpkin lentil soup!

Everyone will find a recipe to enjoy! The warm soup would be amazing for the fall weather. The stuffed pumpkin dish and the salad can be perfect for Thanksgiving meal. This class will be interactive and participants will make these dishes together, then enjoy eating them together.

You'll be sure to walk away with a recipe to please everyone in the family. Participants will enjoy each dish after preparation and have recipes to take home.
