Indian cuisine uses the whole palette of flavors—spicy, sour, sweet, and hot all at the same time—making it something that wants to jump off the plate! With its array of spices and condiments and experimental attitude, Indian cuisine allows home cooks to get creative and adventurous.
Brunch in India is typically enjoyed on Sundays and consists of a variety of light snacks served along with Chai Tea. For this class, Sangeeta will demonstrate how to make some of her favorite brunch recipes from different parts of India. As always, she will be adding her own tips, twists and creative approach!
