Cookin' With Kids: Dashing Dips & Sensational Spreads!

When we set an intention to avoid highly-processed, carbohydrate-laden snacks, we wonder what’s left to feed our hungry kiddos when they get home from school…  I’m here with a solution – Dips!  Get out your carrot sticks, cucumber rounds, apple slices, and even your spoons… and come make and sample 2 wonderful dips – a classic hummus and a 3-ingredient chocolate fruit dip. Seeds, legumes, and coconut will be used – recipes are nut-free, grain-free, egg-free and dairy-free.  Kids are encouraged to create and sample with us.  Adults are free with paid kid’s registration.  Each child will require a purchased ticket.
