Back by popular demand! This will be a continuation of the first class taught by Jennifer McClelland. This time around, she will include the basics of probiotics and fermentation and will also go into creams and soft cheeses, using nuts and seeds as a non-dairy alternative. George McClelland will be on hand as well, to lead a quick introduction into making kombucha. Recipe handouts, chef demonstrations and samples of each recipe will be included.
