Class: Mexican Ceviches & Summer Salads

Join us for a wonderful hands-on cooking experience with the author of the cookbook Healthy Flavors of Mexico, Jennyfer Aranda.

In this class you will learn how to make your own variety of traditional ceviches, salads and dressings; made with the great flavors of Mexico. All recipes are delicious, easy to follow, and quick to prepare so you can have your own Mexican fiesta this summer!

Enjoy a night full of color, tradition and great flavors. At the end of the class, we will enjoy our ceviche, mexican beer, and great company.

About the instructor:

Jennyfer received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is the author of Healthy Flavors of Mexico - a lifestyle cookbook that gives healthier alternatives of preparation to many of Mexico’s traditional dishes. During her training at IIN, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

She has extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, guiding/coaching techniques, and preventive health practices such as yoga, meditation, and stress reduction. She leads workshops on health and wellness, cooking classes, yoga, nutrition, and hormonal balance.
