Lacking backbone when it comes to preparing fresh fish? Ditch the ho-hum halibut and hook some better fish-cooking techniques. In this class, Chef Alex Cardoza of Wild Plum Events & Eats will show you simple steps for cooking delicious fish at home.  

This class will include a wine pairing.

Due to preparations involved, we need to have at least 8 reservations to conduct this class. If we do not reach this threshold 48 hours before the class, you will be notified and tickets will be fully refunded.
