Class: Chaat Time - Street Food of India

Please join us for another flavor-filled evening with Sangeeta Mistry.

The term Chaat is used to describe savory snacks, typically served at roadside stalls all over India. These snacks are usually variants of deep fried dough either stuffed or served plain with a combination of yogurt, tamarind, cilantro or garlic sauce.
The word Chaat literally means "to lick", so yes, they are finger licking good!
In this class, Sangeeta will cover the the most common Chaat recipes including sauces and chutneys.
