Are you playing catch-up with your hungry kiddo after school – having trouble finding satisfying, homemade lunch ideas and healthy options for snacks that will satisfy them and yet not ruin their dinner? Let me help you with some new ideas. We’ll whip up some Excellent Egg Muffins (dairy/grain-free, some with meat and some without) – perfect for quick lunches on the way out to the playground. We’ll also pop up some Perfect Popcorn in coconut oil and flavor it in 3 different ways (dairy-free options) – sure to find one your child enjoys. We’ll round out the class with an extra handout with lots more great lunch and snack ideas. Kids are encouraged to create and sample with us. Adults are free with paid kid’s registration.
